ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (full job description will be reviewed at time of interview):

• Resupplies consumables in both facilities.
• Empties trash and recycling containers as needed in both facilities.
• Water shrubs and flowers, trims weeds by weed-whacking and or pulling weeds, rakes, leaf blows and remove leaves, cut grass at facilities and owner’s house offsite.
• Snow removal in winter. Shoveling and making sure certain areas are salted around the facilities and at offsite locations.
• Works at owner’s house maintaining yard and pool in summertime. Checks chemicals in the pool, vacuums pool.
• Other odd jobs as requested, such as gutter cleaning and helping with salt delivery.
• Lists items for sale on Craigslist for the Company and the owner.
• Fills propane cylinders and motor homes as trained and instructed.
• Paints propane tanks
• Washes/maintains company vehicles
• Runs daily errands with company vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
