    Security Field and Office Supervisor

    Full-Time

    $18.00 -$22.00 hourly

    Tasks

    • Fill in shifts when coverage is unavailable
    • Attends new client site startups when requested
    • Ensures site post orders are up to date and accurate; if not, notify Operations Manager
    • Oversee and supervise Security Officers in the field during their shifts
    • Provide guidance, support, and training to field workers
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of field workers, providing feedback and addressing any performance issues
    • Coordinate and schedule field work assignments, ensuring timely completion of projects
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation of field activities Log all attendance and performance issues in employee notes
    • Notify Operations Manager immediately of any vehicle maintenance required, follow through with maintenance of vehicles.
    • Respond to no-show/call-offs by filling the position with another guard, or stand in for the no-show site until relief is secured
    • Call guards who have a schedule change within 24 hours to confirm schedule change
    • Maintain control center to assure all guards are clocked in for shifts, if guard is not clocked in call
    • Review reports each morning at the beginning of shift
    • Perform other related duties as requested or assigned

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a field or outdoor setting
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills
    • Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in budgeting, payroll, and calendar management
    • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
    • Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
    • Be able to pass a background check
    • Able to become an authorized driver
    • Have a clean driving record
    • Pass a drug test that includes marijuana
