The ideal candidate will be a master at increasing product adoption and enabling customers’ success through in-depth product understanding. They greet new customers in onboarding calls, often with a CSM present, offer product tours, assist in setup, and aid in implementation. Onboarding is a crucial point in the customer journey. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5 years of experience in client onboarding, account management, or client success in healthcare. Customer success courses / training are good to have.
- High emotional intelligence and empathy skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow customer narratives to understand their point of view and find workable solutions to their issues.
- Demonstrated ability in managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and manage risks
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering results
- Ability to de-escalate customer support requests and maintain a positive, goal-driven customer relationship.
- Advanced IT&C knowledge and capabilities and ability to learn new software tools on the job
- Sound understanding of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare technology is a plus
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and dedicated to client success
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct onboarding meetings, product tours, company presentations, and product demos.
- Understand customer context and goals and providing product information to best serve those goals.
- Educate healthcare customers and optimizing their product setup for the quickest path to success.
- Eliminate roadblocks in the way of customers’ goals: product issues, poor implementation, support issues, or customer knowledge gaps, or simply poor product understanding.
- Continuously assess and improve onboarding processes and client experiences
- Improving product adoption, customer retention, and helping foster positive customer relationships that create a loyal customer base.
- Orchestrate the onboarding process for both net new clients, as well as upsells, between the client, Customer Success, and Implementation/Training teams.
- Assist customer support with customer issues and requests.
- Provide materials to help customers learn best practices to achieve their desired outcomes faster and more efficiently.
