Responds to all customer issues and inquiries about online tools and products. Being an Online Banking Specialist performs clerical and data entry tasks required to administer and process online banking transactions and create new accounts. Requires a high school diploma. Position Summary:
Performs teller duties in a professional branch environment behind a teller line. Provides exemplary customer service to both existing and potential customers to ensure banking needs are being met in a timely and efficient manner.
This non-exempt position requires full-time hours Monday through Friday at the branch location. The hourly rate is commensurate with teller experience. Cash handling experience is required. This is not a remote position.

Must be a high school graduate or equivalent with good knowledge of basic math. Additional banking or general business courses is preferred. One-year cash handling and customer service background are required. Teller experience preferred. Knowledgeable in a wide range of Microsoft Office software applications.
Training:
Responsible for the timely completion of all required compliance training such has BSA, Information Security, and other job specific training as assigned.
BSA Compliance:
Complies as required with relevant Bank policies and procedures related to BSA, including capture of required CTR data, capture of data for Monetary Instrument Log, and review of parties against the OFAC list. Promptly informs manager and/or compliance staff of potential suspicious activities. .
Additional Requirements:
The responsibility to acquire and maintain the required knowledge of State and Federal Banking regulations and policies. Ability to perform basic math calculations is essential. Manual dexterity and proficiency with both computer and calculator are required. Must have excellent customer relation skills.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
Professional office environment. While performing the duties of this position, the team member is regularly required to operate standard office equipment. The team member is frequently required to communicate and perceive. The position is primarily stationary and not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions and requires sedentary work such as exerting up to 10 pounds of force 5% of the time and a negligible amount of force approximately 95% of the time.
