DCI’s Online Banking Application Technical Coordinator will play a key role in assisting new and current customers with their online banking mobile and web applications. This role will actively collaborate with our customers and maintain the Apple and Google application stores to keep customer apps in good standing and ready to roll out the next release. Additionally, this role will work with internal teams to assist with the application testing and deployment process.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Apple and Google App store accounts such that they stay current, meet changing requirements by Apple and Google, and are ready to deploy updated versions of the apps.
• Working with the customers, Apple, and Google, manage and maintain test users for each app so they are current and ready to use.
• Maintain a tracking sheet that describes each customer’s online banking application version and status through the update process.
• Coordinate with the customer and online registrar to maintain customer domain accounts
• Complete functional testing of online banking applications on mobile and web platforms
• Coordinate with new and existing customers to schedule and coordinate app deployments and updates.
• Handle calls, Request, and emails from external and internal customers.
• Track each call and record details pertaining to the call through the call tracking system.
• Provide input and make suggestions for User Documentation and Knowledge Database.
