We're seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to drive the development and execution of product strategies. From ideation to launch, you'll be responsible for defining product roadmaps, gathering and analyzing market data, and prioritizing features to meet customer needs. Your insights will guide the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations. Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, data analysis, and business objectives.
• Track and analyze product metrics to measure performance and inform decision-making.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Act as a champion for the customer, advocating for their needs throughout the product development process.
• Drive continuous improvement through iteration and experimentation.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in product management or related role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from conception to delivery.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
• Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric mindset.
