**Job Title: Bilingual English-Spanish Office Assistant with Dispatcher and Warehouse Experience**

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled bilingual English-Spanish Office Assistant with experience in dispatching and warehouse operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our office functions, coordinating dispatch activities, and assisting with warehouse operations. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities in both English and Spanish, and proficiency in office software and systems.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Dispatch Coordination:**

- Receive incoming orders and dispatch appropriate personnel or resources efficiently.

- Coordinate with drivers and delivery personnel to ensure timely deliveries.

- Monitor delivery schedules and provide updates to customers as necessary.

- Resolve any dispatch issues or delays promptly and effectively.

2. **Warehouse Support:**

- Assist in managing inventory levels and organizing warehouse space.

- Receive and process incoming shipments accurately.

- Prepare orders for shipment, including packaging and labeling.

- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.

3. **Office Assistance:**

- Provide administrative support to office staff, including filing, data entry, and scheduling.

- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries in both English and Spanish.

- Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports as needed.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.

4. **Customer Service:**

- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, both in person and over the phone.

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

**Requirements:**

- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential.

- Proven experience in dispatching, preferably in a logistics or transportation environment.

- Previous experience working in a warehouse setting is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in office software such as Google Suite (Gmail, Spreadsheets).

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or logistics are a plus.
