    As a Systems Engineering Manager II you will performs technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation, evaluates alternatives including cost, risk, supportability, and analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into total systems solutions. Translates customer requirements into hardware/software specifications. The System Engineering Manager II provides technical responsibility and leadership to the systems teams through the design, development, fielding, and support of the system. Occasionally travel (about 10% of the time) to customer sites for meetings, technical discussions and support field events and flight tests.


    Required Education, Experience, & Skills
    • U.S. Citizenship with Secret Clearance
    • Must be able to obtain for position Top Secret/SCI
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or related discipline with 8 years of experience, or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or related discipline and 6 years of experience
    • Motivated individual with strong problem-solving abilities
    • Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)


    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
    • Full System Life-Cycle experience
    • Experience with Software Defined Radios


    Pay Information
    Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
