Black Hills Caregiving is a non medical home care agency. The director of operations will be in charge of day to day operations. These consist of, but is not limited to scheduling, hiring new caregivers, going to clients and doing new in-takes, supervisory visits for clients and caregivers, on call phone rotation, filling in for caregivers when needed, and other tasks as assigned.
