Oversees the daily department production activity and facilitates departmental workflow. In addition, Operations Lead typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Operations Lead supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:
This position reports to the Store Manager and/or reports to the Assistant Operations Manager and works closely with the Assistant Store Manager. OL will have indirect line of management responsibilities of Operations Specialist. The role is an integral part of the Store Management Team charged with facilitating, coordinating, and maintaining our store inventory management system and store operational processes. Key player in driving process management, adhering to guidelines and development of process to ensure products are received efficiently and correctly. And the role is an advocate on behalf of the store to identify & fix discrepancies with the company Operations Department in a timely manner. The role will assist the Store Manager in driving the full cycle of the inventory & operational management process to ensure store profitability and minimize inventory shrink.

Interactions tend to focus on information exchange, problem solving, or responding to business needs. Heavily reliant on Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager for direction on critical decisions.
