The Operations Lead supports the activities of the operations department. Manages and trains a team of operations clerks. Being an Operations Lead requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Oversees the daily department production activity and facilitates departmental workflow. In addition, Operations Lead typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Operations Lead supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision.
