The Operations Lead supports the activities of the operations department. Manages and trains a team of operations clerks. Being an Operations Lead requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Oversees the daily department production activity and facilitates departmental workflow. In addition, Operations Lead typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Operations Lead supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Essential Job Responsibilities:
The Dining Assistant Lead is responsible for assisting with food preparation, serving and cleanup. Maintains work area in proper order and follows established policies and procedures of the facility while demonstrating high levels of service. Complies with all federal and state regulations. Directs staff in the absence or in support of the Leadership Team.
