    Mission:

    Quantum is currently seeking a Military Ops Analyst to provide the US Space Force (USSF) Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) support related to its mission to plan, task, integrate, provide Command and Control (C2), and support integrated Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR). C2 is conducted day-to-day, through reachback capabilities and deployable subject matter experts, in support of US Combatant Commanders (CCDRs). Assistance is provided via the JNWC NAVWAR support cell, coordination cells, and deployable theater coordination cells.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supports the development and implementation of PNT policy as applicable to JNWC, higher headquarters, command, and mission execution.
    • Assist in development of future plans, policy and strategy across JNWC mission areas.
    • Propose strategies, plans, policy, and doctrine recommendations to JNWC senior leadership across the PNT mission area and ensure recommendations are informed by larger strategic context to include interagency, alliance partners, and higher headquarters.
    • Support Executive Division, Futures Portfolio, and Science Technology, and Advanced Concepts activities.
    • Applies principles, methods, and knowledge of specific functional areas of expertise to specific task order requirements.
    • Designs and prepares technical reports, studies, and related documentation, makes charts and graphs to record results, prepares and delivers presentations, training, and briefings as required by the task order.

    Requirement:

    • Associate degree - High School Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience.
    • 5 years of relevant work experience in military operations.
    • Military operations center experience required.
    • Must be able to obtain/maintain DoD Secret clearance.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred.
    • SIGINT, NAVWAR, Intelligence backgrounds desired.
    • 8 to 12 years of related mission/functional areas experience. Communication skills with all levels of management including high level executives. 12 years’ experience may be substituted for a degree. 10 years military operations experience required, working on Combatant Command staffs, SIGINT, NAVWAR and Intelligence preferred.
    • Must be able to obtain/maintain DoD Top Secret SCI clearance.
