Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Operations Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. In this rewarding role, you will:
Oversee a team of 8-9 medical reports expeditors. Including hiring, training, scheduling, preparing reports, goal and metric monitoring and performance improvement.
