 What your title will be:

Operations Supervisor

Here are some things you'll be doing:

• Lead your production team to its full potential
• Direct and coordinate daily activities in the warehouse, including machine production
• Provide guidance, leadership, and coaching to your team, and make sure projects and orders are completed on time

• Drive and lead events such as: LEAN, compliance, safety, ISO, and general procedure/process events
• Wearing appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment)

Here's what we require of you:

• 2-5 years of management or supervisory experience!
• Strong and proven leadership, coaching and communication skills!
• Pass a drug test and background check!
• Be motivated and energetic!
