Job Overview: The Therapeutic Family Support Coordinator will coordinate ongoing communication with families (parents & caregivers). Builds and strengthens collaboration with families to support caregivers in enhancing their child’s well-being. Coordinates therapeutic program intakes (including family interviews and goal setting for child). Serves as liaison between therapeutic team and families when appropriate (point person for questions, concerns, feedback, etc.).
