We are seeking a dedicated and experienced (Supervisor/ Laborer) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, management experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an Operations Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety at all times. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of laborers involved in setting up molds, casting, laying out rebar, positioning hole formers, and pouring concrete.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and production schedules.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of precast concrete production processes is a plus.
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 5:30 am and flexible hours extending to 3:00 or 5:00 pm, with occasional Saturdays during busy periods.
-- Fluency in Spanish is advantageous.
Pay = ($22.00 - $25.00) depending on experience and qualifications.
