Position Title: Training Team Leader

Core Schedule Blue Shift (Days Monday to Friday 6:30 am - 3:15 pm). Must be flexible in adjusting work hours when needed and working overtime and whatever shift is needed. Weekends may be required to work when needed. Must be able to travel both domestic and international up to 70% of the time.

POSITION INFORMATION

• Perform fork truck training to existing and new hire employees.
• Perform fundamental assembly training to existing and new hire employees.
• Audit condition of training equipment in area of responsibility and report any problems or safety concerns to a Training Generalist, and/or following proper chain of command. May be required to assist in the repair and maintenance of the training equipment.
• Maintain record keeping as required.
• Communicate any training delays or problems immediately to a Training Generalist, and/or following proper chain of command.
• Facilitate communication between Vuteq management and Team Members.
• Verify that all employees in the area are working safely and according to established standards.
• Insure that established work standards are being followed and work quantity and quality standards are being consistently met.
• May be required to fill in for other areas due to PTO or attendance.
• Other duties as required insuring that Vuteq meets and exceeds our customer expectations and needs.
• Travel is required for this position up to 70% of the time.
• Support/coverage on Gold shift when needed is required for this position.
