The opportunity
The Team Lead, Talent Operations primary role is to lead the Talent Operations Coordinators team to ensure a positive experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. The Supervisor supports the teams’ skills, development, and performance and ensures they have the resources, tools, and capacity to be successful through effective coaching and management. This role promotes efficiency and effectiveness in processes and partners with the team and stakeholders to make ongoing improvements, and it is expected a strong DEI lens is wrapped into all work and interactions.
This position is office-based in Johnston, RI and follows a full-time schedule Monday through Friday. Start and stop times are flexible. Occasional domestic travel may be required based on business needs.

The hiring range for this position is $100,400 to $144,300 annually. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience.
