Machine Operator

Overview:
GW Sorghum Seed Co Inc is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. As a seed company specializing in conditioning seed, we are a small family-owned business with a growing portfolio. The Machine Operator will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring the efficient and safe operation of heavy equipment.

Duties:
- Operate and maintain various heavy equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functionality.

Skills:
- Proficiency in equipment operation, elevator operation, tractor operation, and truck operation.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform maintenance tasks.
- Experience in heavy equipment operation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
