A growing and well-established international manufacturer based in Plymouth Meeting is looking to hire a Heat Shrink Operator for their newly emerging medical division.

This company is looking to grow dynamically in the next several years, and they are looking to bring on reliable and exceptional new members to a growing team.

• Quality and Compliance : Must adhere to production standards and work instructions, perform regular quality checks, and maintain adherence to safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment as required.
• Maintenance and Record-Keeping : Tasked with routine maintenance of machinery, maintaining a clean work environment, and keeping accurate production records as per company and regulatory requirements.
• Work Environment Overview : This role operates predominantly in a factory setting where exposure to moving mechanical parts, elevated spaces, and airborne particles is common.

The facility is a non-smoking area, and temperatures within the plant can become warm during summer months.- Mathematical Skills : Requires the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, and to understand and apply concepts of fractions, ratios, and percentages in the context of production-related activities.

High school diploma or general education degree, or one to three months related experience and / or training. - Physical Requirements : This role requires regular standing, frequent use of hands for handling and operating equipment, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
