Full Time Front Desk – Experience in Eye Care preferred but willing to train

• Gather patient’s medical history
• Communicating with doctor, staff, and patients
• Accurately post charges for exam fees, co-pays, and products sold
• Obtain insurance authorizations and verification of benefits
• Answer phone calls, greet patients and schedule appointments
• Coordinate patient scheduling and monitor patient flow throughout the office
• Assist with contact lens and eyeglass orders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
