Order Clerk jobs in New Suffolk, NY

Description :

• All phases of customer service including but not limited to : order entry, processing of orders, resolution of all issues including returns, damaged products, and etc.
• Entering customer information into databases such as names, billing details, address, and item specifications.
• Handle emails and calls internally
• Monthly and quarterly usage reports for billing purposes
• Taking incoming calls from customers to take orders
• Answer product knowledge questions
• Resolve any customer issues and inquiries
• Accommodate customer requests
• Utilizes order tracking to process orders, record prices, delivery dates, inventory status, maintain customer information and other data related to each transaction

Skills :

Customer service, Customer support, data entry, call center, Microsoft office

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

• Strong Organization skills
• Attention to detail
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, data entry, order clerk or related area.
• High School diploma or GED
• Strong computer background including all Microsoft office software.
