ORDER FACILITATOR

We are looking for a motivated, independent worker with organization skills to complete the daily tasks of order facilitator, customer service & quality control. Some of the tasks are as follows:

• Checks in special orders & fills customer paperworkAnswers customer phone inquiries about the status of their orders.
• Checks completed sewing & embroidery work for accuracy.
• Switches orders between sewing and embroidery.
• Keeps a list of sewing supplies needed.
• Pulls work orders to go with special orders.
• Distributes special orders to sewing and embroidery.
• Makes a call log when orders are complete.
• Calls customers when their orders are ready after reviewing for quality control.
• Must be fluent in Microsoft excel & word.
• This job is a full-time position with 40 hours available.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Payrate:$18HR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
