Responsibilities

• You will be the bridge between our sales representatives and our vendor manufacturers/suppliers.
• Review orders placed by our sales representatives into our software for accuracy.
• Create and send purchase orders to our manufacturers/suppliers and follow up on order status and shipping confirmations.
• Forward and manage art proofs.
• Check tracking information for accurate and on-time delivery.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide outstanding client services by addressing customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry, ensuring all customer interactions are documented correctly.
• Utilize computerized systems to track customer interactions and manage information effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer support experience.
