    Role: E-commerce Fulfillment Inventory Associate

    Instant Fulfillment is an emerging and rapidly growing startup focused on E-commerce fulfillment prep and pack services. Launched in March of 2023, we hope to become one of the largest 3PL Fulfillment Centers for online businesses. Utilizing the digital transformation of the consumer, marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and Walmart are selling millions of products a day. The businesses selling in these marketplaces partner with our company to outsource their operations and physical inventory management.

    As an E-commerce Fulfillment Prep and Pack Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately processed, prepared, and packed for shipment in a timely manner. Your primary responsibilities will involve working within our warehouse fulfillment center to fulfill orders received through various e-commerce platforms.

    From picking items from shelves to carefully inspecting each product for quality assurance, your attention to detail will be important. Collaborating with a dedicated team, you'll contribute to the flow of operations to ensure that shipments are prepared and dispatched promptly, meeting company deadlines imposed by our clients or customers. We specifically partner and manage Amazon Businesses that utilize FBA and FBM prep and pack services. Here's a general overview of the duties and requirements associated with this role:

    1. Bulk Order Processing: Handle the efficient processing of bulk orders received from B2B clients, ensuring accuracy in product selection and quantity fulfillment.

    2. DTC Order Processing: Receive and review customer orders through ecommerce platforms or order management systems.

    3. Inventory Management: Locate, retrieve, and organize items from inventory to fulfill

    4. customer orders accurately.

    5. Packaging: Properly package items according to company standards, ensuring that products are protected during transit and in compliance with shipping regulations.

    6. Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing, ensuring that all items meet established standards.

    7. Labeling: Affix shipping labels, packing slips, and any necessary documentation to packages, ensuring correct addressing and tracking information.

    8. Efficiency and Productivity: Work efficiently to meet daily quotas and productivity targets while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.

    9. Collaborative Communication: Coordinate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth workflow within the fulfillment center.

    10. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Follow established procedures for handling hazardous materials, if applicable.

    · High School Diploma or equivalent qualification; additional education or training in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is advantageous.

    · Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role. Exposure to handling bulk orders for B2B clients and client communication skills is advantageous.

    · Proficiency in utilizing inventory management systems and other relevant software tools for order processing, inventory tracking, and reporting.

    · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to accurately manage large volumes of inventory and multiple concurrent orders.

    · Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate professionally with B2B clients.

    · Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational demands in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

    · Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance in all aspects of bulk order fulfillment operations.

    · Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items (typically not more than 40-50lbs), as bulk orders may involve handling large quantities of products or oversized items.

    On-Site: Nashua / Manchester, New Hampshire

    Typical Hours: 40 hours - Full-time. 1st and 2nd shift available, Monday – Sunday.
