Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Shift Lead / Order Writer. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, possess excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations during your shift, as well as accurately managing orders to maintain inventory and uphold customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Shift Leadership: Take charge of the shift, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Provide guidance and support to team members to maintain a positive and productive atmosphere.
2. Order Writing: Accurately take inventory and follow our par. Ensure product inventory and ensure supple supply of goods used daily.
3. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to restock supplies as needed. Ensure that all necessary ingredients and materials are available to fulfill orders promptly.
4. Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.
5. Quality Control: Uphold our standards of quality by ensuring that beverages are prepared according to recipes and preperation guidelines.
6. Training and Development: Assist in training new team members on order-taking procedures, coffee preparation techniques, and customer service standards.
7. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the workspace clean and organized at all times, including the coffee bar, equipment, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred.
2. Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brew methods, roasts, and flavor profiles.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
6. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, some weekends, and some holidays.
