Order Fulfillment Manager manages the order fulfillment process. Oversees order entry, administration, and shipping processes. Being an Order Fulfillment Manager implements scalable business processes and customer service standards to deliver efficient order processing. Uses order tracking and CRM systems to process orders, maintain customer information, and monitor contracts or agreements for expiration or renewal. This position is responsible for the execution of all new orders in a timely and accurate manner. All customer and client requests processed in a timely manner while providing 100% customer satisfaction.

Strong technical computer skills. Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Ability to multi -task and prioritize. Organized, detail oriented, follows direction, and the ability to work independently as well as with others. Professional and articulate when answering email/phone requests. Sit for long periods of time, moderate lifting.May be needed to help out in other departments during busy periods.Bilingual in Spanish and English.

This is a seasonal position, generally until the end of June. Perfect position for someone looking for the summer off. We operate on a school like schedule. Training for the first two weeks is part-time and moves on to full time, 8 am-4 pm, Monday through Friday!
