Order Fulfillment Manager jobs in Tennessee

Lick Skillet Farm sells grass fed beef, lamb, pork, and poultry directly to consumers through our online market. We are looking for an experienced Inventory and Fulfillment Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire fulfillment process, from order placement to delivery. This includes managing inventory, ensuring orders are shipped on time, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Manage inventory levels and order fulfillment processes.
• Monitor and report on customer service metrics.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
• Develop processes to streamline order fulfillment operations.
• Train and manage a team of fulfillment staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
