Position Summary

This position requires a driven, self-motivated candidate with a friendly and professional in-person and telephone presence. Strong organizational skills, medical office background and medical terminology is a must. In this position you will be given the opportunity to train and work in a clinical setting providing Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) services to patients served.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Certified Medical Assistant/Licensed Vocational Nurse

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Collaborating with multiple health facilities.
• Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM).
• Utilizing Excel
• Direct patient calls and direct patient care
• Documentation of all care provided and alerting appropriate staff of changes or needs of the patient.
• Verifying equipment function and assist patients with troubleshooting RPM devices
• Follow all quality control measures and protocols
• Assist with or emergency measures as needed for a crisis.
• Performing other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education required
• Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and preventative measures (HIPAA confidentiality, infection spread, etc.)
• Knowledge of Medical terminology
• Exemplary customer service experience including client relationships and job knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively; ability to think critically
• Ability to be empathetic with patients
• Ability to do the same jobs correctly and meticulously daily

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
