Preferred Properties Management LLC is a small business in Key West, FL. We are professional, agile, professional and our goal is to work with a motivated individual who is looking for growth opportunities. We are a locally owned business in Key West for almost 30yrs working in Real Estate, Property Manaqement, Association Management, and Vacation Management. .
Job duties include:
Answering calls from guests and owners in a professional manner
Reviewing and responding to emails
Traveling to some of our vacation rentals to inspect, help set up for guest arrival and departure.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a must and know how to navigate internet sites.
Must be customer service oriented
Must be able to multi-task
Must be able to with vendors on issues or tasks at vacation rentals
Must be available to work on weekends (on a rotating basis)
Must be willing to have the after hours phone (for emergencies) on a rotating basis
Typical hours of operation are Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm but some evenings and weekends will be required (on a rotating basis with advance notice)
Must have reliable transportation and be able to speak and understand English.
Applicants must already reside in the Keys.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
