Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Trainer to join our team. As a Software Trainer, you will be responsible for providing training and support to our clients on various software applications. Your role will involve conducting training sessions, creating training materials, and assisting with technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct software training sessions for clients, both in-person and remotely
- Develop and deliver engaging training materials, including presentations, user guides, and video tutorials
- Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting software issues and resolving user problems
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure training materials are up-to-date with the latest software features and enhancements
- Assist in the creation of documentation and knowledge base articles to support client self-service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software training
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of software applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and desktop support concepts
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to mobile devices, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt training techniques to accommodate different learning styles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience using ticketing systems such as Remedy or similar
