Organizational Development Consultant implements all aspects of organizational development. Develops training programs, facilitates change management initiatives, and reviews current development programs to ensure linkage to company goals. Being an Organizational Development Consultant builds human capital through employee development programs. Measures employee performance to gauge the success of programs and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Organizational Development Consultant implements and reports on the effectiveness of leadership development, team development, and organizational communication programs and practices. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Organizational Development Consultant work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Proposal Managers play a crucial role in coordinating and generating responses for various types of proposals, such as RFIs, PPQs, ITTs, RFPs, and more. They are responsible for ensuring smooth execution of the proposal process by introducing and implementing necessary procedures and governance.
Proposal Writers
LSI’s Proposal Writer is responsible for writing compliant, and compelling proposal responses to commercial and federal solicitation requirements. The Proposal Writer will work closely with the Capture Manager, Proposal Managers, Volume Leads, SMEs, and functional departments as necessary.
Grant Writers
The grant writer is responsible for creating a variety of high-quality content for our company and clients. This position may require research and writing for various projects for grants, proposals, and private funding opportunities. They will prepare proposals by determining concept, gathering, and formatting information, writing drafts, and obtaining approvals.
