Develops training programs, facilitates change management initiatives, and reviews current development programs to ensure linkage to company goals. Being an Organizational Development Consultant builds human capital through employee development programs. Measures employee performance to gauge the success of programs and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Organizational Development Consultant implements and reports on the effectiveness of leadership development, team development, and organizational communication programs and practices. We are looking for energetic and fun individuals who are highly motivated with a strong work ethic to join the team at Whoopie Pies Ice Cream, a new ice cream shop just off Carowinds Blvd. in Fort Mill SC. You will scoop ice cream, make shakes and unique ice cream creations, make hotdogs and fries, maintain a clean workspace, operate point of sale and demonstrate excellent customer service abilities with guests.
