Talent Development Consultant Compensation

• The pay for this position is $45.67 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Talent Development Consultant Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (your time zone)

Talent Development Consultant Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support and intervention to promote a positive employee relations culture, while partnering collaboratively with various cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., HR Business Partners, Compliance, Legal, etc.).
• Effectively manage a caseload of workplace inquiries and concerns and be responsible for assisting leaders with coaching, corrective actions and terminations.
• Meet case management metrics, such as closing cases within a certain time frame and following established case management processes.

Talent Development Consultant Requirements

• 5 years’ experience of employee relations (managing, advising, resolving, employee relations cases)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent amount of experience
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
