Organizational Development Director directs the design, planning, and implementation of corporate organizational development programs, policies, and procedures. Approves change management initiatives and suggests enhancements to existing programs. Being an Organizational Development Director oversees the development of programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture. Reviews key performance metrics to enable accurate and valid measurement of workforce performance and to identify areas for improvement. Position Summary:
The Payroll/Human Resources (HR) Specialist will ensure that employees are paid accurately and consistently, while possessing knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the payroll function. The successful candidate will assist the HR Director with onboarding new employees as well as other HR related tasks. Additional duties include serving as Alternate Facility Security Officer (FSO) and back-up receptionist. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance.
