Organizational Development Director directs the design, planning, and implementation of corporate organizational development programs, policies, and procedures. Approves change management initiatives and suggests enhancements to existing programs. Being an Organizational Development Director oversees the development of programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture. Reviews key performance metrics to enable accurate and valid measurement of workforce performance and to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Organizational Development Director proposes changes to organizational structure to leverage talent and provide development opportunities to key leaders in the organization. Develops systematic collection and evaluation of performance metrics. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Organizational Development Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Organizational Development Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.   • Responsibilities:
    Job Summary: Reporting to the Vice President of Information Technology, the Director Information Services is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the functions of the information services department and the operations system support team of the Prominence Health Plan (PHP) companies. Works closely with corporate IS staff to ensure successful implementations and maintenance of existing systems. Ensures the proper configuration, functioning, optimization, security and data integrity of PHP’s core operational systems. Plans and prepares for the future information services infrastructure and capability needs of the PHP companies. Resolves complex organizational and technological problems. Oversees department operations and oversees information system vendor contracts and holds vendors accountable to meet their obligations. Proposes annual departmental operating and capital budgets. Manages the IS department and projects within the approved annual capital and operating budgets. Follows the PHP’s policies and procedures and ensures adherence to local, state and federal regulations.
    Qualifications:
    Qualifications and Requirements:
    • Master’s Degree in information systems or in business administration with focus on information technology is preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or a bachelor’s degree along with relevant experience is required.
    • Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in data processing, systems analysis, and computer operations and programming, project management and supervision.
    • 10 years leadership experience directly managing teams and larger projects.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience designing and supporting complex integrations, data warehouse architectures and SQL Server.
    • Ability to convert business requirements into technical requirements so that complex solutions can be designed and delivered to meet expected outcomes.
    • Successful track record of managing and motivating a remote IT workforce in a fast-paced growing Healthcare Company to meet aggressive project timelines
    • Knowledge and understanding of how a Health Plan operates in supporting Commercial, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and Self-Funded lines of business.
    • Understanding and experience working with QNXT and supporting x12 (EDI) transactions is desired.
    • Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and delegate work to team efficiently.
    • Exposure to cloud computing service and architecture (AWS, Azure, Google) with a focus on security.
    • Experience creating and leading a data governance model.
    • Experience using Azure DevOps for assigning, tracking and prioritizing development work in an agile deliver model.

    • Has administrative skills, analytical ability and initiative. Ability to deal effectively and harmoniously with all groups and individuals. Effective interpersonal skills. Must be able to communicate articulately, comprehend written and verbal communications.

    • Must have thorough knowledge of various aspects of computer systems, operations, programming languages, system analysis, design and equipment.
    • Prefer experience with QNXT claims processing system.
    • Strong mathematical skills.
