Organizational Development Manager manages all aspects of organizational development. Oversees the development of training programs, facilitation of change management initiatives, and review of current development programs to ensure linkage to company goals. Being an Organizational Development Manager develops programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture. Facilitates the development and implementation of employee performance measurements to gauge the success of programs and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Organizational Development Manager assesses leadership development, team development, and organizational communication programs and practices. Widener University's Center for Extended Learning is currently seeking highly qualified adjunct faculty to teach in the Organizational Development & Leadership BS & MA program.
Part-time adjunct faculty may instruct 1 or 2 courses each semester on an "as needed" basis.
Courses available for adjunct staffing are offered in online, hybrid and evening formats.
Adjunct faculty are expected to teach to the designated syllabus, provide support and guidance to students; facilitate on-line or campus based courses and respond to student needs in a timely fashion; develop strategies to teach the course for the entire semester or session, use the course syllabus, objectives, and curriculum; meet the university's academic standards; organize and prepare course materials for facilitation; utilize educational technology to engage students and enhance learning; connect students' current study to real-world applications; demonstrate consistency and fairness in the preparation and grading of assignments; provide timely feedback to students; maintain students' grade book and complete final grades by the deadline.
