The PDM reports to the Executive Director of Program Development and is responsible for identifying, tracking, developing, and capturing new business opportunities. The PDM leads or actively contributes to the portfolio proposals, and initially will support the Future Systems (FS) and Instrumentation, Measurements & Tests (IM&T) portfolios. The PDM must be able to perform as an individual contributor and work on teams within a tight schedule environment.
