    Responsibilities

    • Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems
    • Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness
    • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
    • Generate reports and other documentation as needed
    • Follow established procedures for data entry and data management
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity
    • Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets
    • Assist with data analysis and data clean-up projects as assigned

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
    • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and data entry software
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
