Krueger Development has an exciting opportunity for a full time Leasing Specialist at The Mirada Apartments! Krueger Development offers a unique working environment and team. Responsibilities:

• Inspect available apartments for cleanliness and marketability.
• Answer telephone calls from current and prospective residents.
• Tour prospective residents around community and available apartments.
• Keep records of phone and walk-in traffic.
• Respond quickly and curiously to all walk-in and telephone prospects.
• Correctly complete lease applications and follow leasing processes.
• Maintain filing and complete other office duties as required.
• Assists with move-ins and move-outs.
• Follows a set routine of practices
• May be responsible for property events
• Qualifications
• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Leasing/Sales experience required
• Current and valid Nebraska Divers License with minimal violations is required

Pay: $38,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
