    Reports To: Executive Director

    FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

    Summary: The organizational manager implements building, service department and organizational policies to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization. The organizational manager manages communications internally with department coordinators to ensure department growth and success. The organizational manager manages schedules, events and activities related to the business of the center. The organizational manager coordinates data collection efforts and maintains a data database for financial and output/outcome grant reporting. The organizational manager builds relationships with donors and funders to support non-profit operations.

    Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Answers phones and directs community members to resources, services and programs.*

    Assists community members with technology/referral services in the technology lab.*

    Define, maintain, and execute the operational strategic plan for the organization.*

    Define, communicate, implement, and update processes for the organization.*

    Define goals, measurements and rewards for the organization, and regularly provide feedback, recognize, and reward team members.*

    Lead and serve the organization’s team leadership, including assisting in hiring, reassignment, performance feedback, praise, and promotions.*

    Communicate regularly about the assigned organization’s plans, performance, progress, successes, and failures.*

    Network and collaborate with other managers in the organization, and represent the assigned organization in meetings within the organization.*

    Improve results for the assigned organization and for the larger enterprise.*

    Ensures all activities follow the guidelines of LTCC policies and procedures.*

    Complete financial bookkeeping alongside organizational leadership and accountant.*

    Develops and manages partnerships and builds community support for operations.*

    Draft grant applications and coordinate grants calendar to ensure healthy finances for the organization.

    Maintains accurate records, files, and data systems for grant reporting (e.g., attendance, participant survey data, finances, etc.).*

    Reviews and submits monthly, quarterly, and/or annual reports as necessary.*

    Ensures the effective implementation and coordination of day to day operations.*

    Engages community and youth populations to participate in organizational events and activities.*

    Builds relationships with community members utilizing the organization resource center.*

    Contributes to the growth of the organization by working collaboratively with department coordinators to ensure strategic plans for timelines, goals and outcomes are met.*

    Maintains relationships with intermediaries, networks, etc.*

    Supports external communications related to operations.*

    Maintains a clean and organized workspace.*

    Responsible for ensuring the resource center building opens/closes according to hours of operations.*

    Other duties as assigned.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    Directly supervises six employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

    Language Ability:

    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

    Math Ability:

    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

    Reasoning Ability:

    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

    Computer Skills:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets and QuickBooks.

    Education/Experience:

    Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B. S.) from four-year college or university; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
