    Position Summary:

    Miles is a brand new all-inclusive, fully furnished rental experience that includes everything you need and nothing you don’t. Focus on what matters and forget the rest. As a Miles Leasing Agent, you will facilitate the rental process between the property and prospective tenants. You will act as an intermediary, ensuring successful leasing transactions while maintaining excellent customer service.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Tenant Acquisition and Screening:

    • Advertise available properties through various channels to attract potential tenants.
    • Respond promptly to inquiries and conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits.
    • Screen prospective tenants by assessing their rental history, employment, and financial qualifications.
    • Conduct background checks and verify references to ensure suitability of potential tenants.

    Lease Negotiation and Documentation:

    • Discuss and negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and any specific conditions with prospective tenants.
    • Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring legal compliance and accuracy of information.
    • Collect and process security deposits, rental payments, and other fees as required.
    • Explain lease terms and conditions to tenants, answering any questions or concerns they may have.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners and landlords.
    • Collaborate with property owners to set rental prices and develop effective marketing strategies.
    • Advise property owners on property improvements, maintenance, and market trends.
    • Conduct regular property inspections and address tenant concerns or maintenance issues promptly.

    Market Research and Analysis:

    • Stay up to date with local real estate market trends, rental rates, and competitors' offerings.
    • Conduct market research to assess demand, property values, and rental market conditions.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to property owners regarding pricing and property enhancements.

    Administrative Tasks:

    • Maintain accurate and organized records of property listings, tenant information, and lease agreements.
    • Coordinate with administrative staff to ensure timely processing of paperwork and payments.
    • Prepare reports, including occupancy rates, rental income, and property maintenance expenses.


    Qualifications and Skills
    :

    • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred).
    • Valid real estate license preferred
    • Proven experience in real estate leasing or sales is advantageous.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
    • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in using real estate software and online listing platforms.
    • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

    Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Mondays. Compensation is $19.00 - $21.00/hour.
