Airosmith Development is seeking full-time Human Resources Specialist. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. The ideal candidate must possess the following attributes:

Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Conducting full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening and sourcing resumes, candidate prescreens, scheduling interviews, and interview statuses.
• Conducting pre-employment and onboarding for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Benefits Administration:

• Assisting employees with benefits-related inquiries and ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit enrollments and changes.

Data Management:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files and records in HRIS.
• Generating HR reports as needed for management and regulatory purposes.

Employee Relations:

• Addressing employee questions and concerns regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
• Assisting in resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.

HR Compliance:

• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Filing EEO-1 and OSHA 300 forms.
• Conducting periodic audits to identify and address any areas of non-compliance.

Training and Development:

• Assisting in coordinating training sessions for employees to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Supporting employee development initiatives and programs.

Performance Management:

• Assisting in the performance evaluation process, including first 90-day evaluations.

Special Projects:

• Filing new and existing Diversity Certificates.
• Participating in HR-related projects, such as policy development, process improvements, and other initiatives to enhance HR department.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years HR Specialist experience.
• Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality and handling of sensitive information with discretion.
• High level of attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 and HRIS software.
• Paychex Flex System experience a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
