Primary responsibility :
Reconciliation of turnaround expenditures WBS project to cost center
Entering Track timesheets for offsite vendors and reconciling costs
Reporting of all costs related to TA project
Work with TA team and suppliers for TA pjt close out
Audit all supplier invoices as submitted against Track timesheets
Work with AP and Suppliers to confirm payments made and commitments cleared
Month-end responsibilities :
Responsible for accruals related to turnaround
Reporting on TA costs
Posting journal entries as needed
Supporting Finance team as needed
