About the role
The Global Regulatory Compliance Officer/Manager will be responsible for cosmetic product registrations, screen products to make sure that we are up-to-date on all regulations, along with formula and raw material data. The position will work with cross functional partners in all parts of product and effectively project manage staying ahead of the curve.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Prepare and submit cosmetic and OTC drug product registration documentation as needed
Screen and manage Ingredient and Product/Formula Data
Evaluate formulas for compliance and safety
Review and compile data for reporting
Maintain relationship with vendors and CMs as it pertains to regulatory
Manage samples for safety and clinical studies
Review copy and artwork to ensure that they are aligned with approvable and legal claims
Help problem solve on pd projects
