Location: Hybrid, Dallas, TX
Position Type: Full Time
Job Components:
Works as part of a cross-functional business and IT team to evaluate needs and areas for improvement as part of client Transformation initiatives.
Facilitates, through the appropriate methodologies (i.e., Agile, Waterfall, Activate), workshops, and design sessions as needed.
Guides the team members with best practices and leverages standard processes functionality as much as possible.
Performs hands-on SAP S/4 HANA configuration in support of best practices implementation and solutions in sales and distribution, logistics and transportation.
Coordinates projects and enhancements for SAP changes.
Develops and implements testing scenarios.
Creates quality documentation (Business Process documents, config documents, process flows, etc.).
Provides post implementation support and problem resolution, working with the Application Management Services (AMS) support partner or team.
Partners in developing and implementing end user training and materials for internal associates and all field locations.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university in Computers or Business preferred
8 Years Implementation/configuration experience in ECC 6.0 and/or S/4 HANA in the SD/LE functional domain
Strong SAP SD/LE experience with Customer Master (Business Partner), Material Master and all SD/LE processes including Sales Order management, EDI, Pricing, Delivery (Pick, Pack, Ship), Shipment and Invoice processing
Experience in Transportation Planning, Shipment costing (LE-TRA) and Settlement Management a plus
Provide guidance to the businesses on appropriate use of the SAP system through best business Practices
Creation of functional specifications for cost effective solutions and guide the development of those solutions with the development team
Design and create test scripts for all processes in scope, leading the team through all testing cycles
Experience and knowledge with Fiori, especially for the SD/LE and Transportation area
Team lead experience with Large and Medium Sized Enterprises
Minimal travel as necessary post project
Salary: $160k base 12% bonus
