The Outpatient Services Director will continue the tradition of providing exceptional care within the Rehabilitation, Radiology and Laboratory Departments. 

With five different departments to oversee, the Outpatient Services Director will need to be a very high energy, organized leader. They will work to develop and maintain physician relations, be a champion of Quality and implement improvements when and where needed, and support the clinical needs and staff of the department. 

The Outpatient Services Director will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will be supported by a Manager within each department. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field 
• 5 years of Progressive leadership experience within Hospital Operations
• A minimum of 3 years in a Acute Care Facility
