Ensures a high level of quality care and services for patients by coordinating and communicating operational procedures to staff and physicians. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the operating room setting
- Assist the surgical team during procedures and ensure a sterile environment
- Administer medications, including injections, as directed by the surgeon
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assist with anesthesia administration
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information, including medical history and treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and recovery
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [location]
