Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice is looking for a Full-time front desk receptionist. This individual must possess tremendous organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to interact professionally with patients, referring doctors and members of our team. This is an extremely busy front desk.

General Responsibilities

Answer phone

Check patients in

Enter patient demographics

Input correct insurance and pharmacy information

Monitor E-Mail

Call dentists and other offices for X-rays and referral 2 days prior to patients appointments

Take payments

Make follow up appointments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
